Summer Training and Internship Program by AbleBrain (IIT-B student's initiative)
About Program: It is career- oriented Program which will help students to learn new technologies and achieve career objectives. WTP is launched in technical fields like Web/Game/Android App Development, Hacking and Robotics It is 5 week training program. In first 2 weeks technical training would be given to students & in next 3 weeks home based projects would be given by us so that students can actually try their skills directly on a properly executed & structured problem statement. Mentors of training program would be Undergraduate students of IIT-Bombay. Certification of Successful training and Internship would be given by Able Brain in association with Lazy 8 Games and Cost of training program would be 5,000 per student
About Able Brain:
Able Brain is venture of group of IIT-Bombay students which organize professional workshops and training courses for colleges all over India.
Benefits of Summer Training Program:
• We have team of IIT-B students with depth knowledge of Technical things.
• Certification would be provided after completion of training sessions by Able Brain in association with Lazy 8 Games.

AAYAM is the technical festival of the Department of Electronics Engineering, IIT (BHU), Varanasi. It is being conducted by Electronics Engineering Society in first week of April 2013. It aims to provide the students with a platform to inculcate a culture of research, thinking and innovation and has further been conceptualized with the primary objective of empowering students with technical knowledge in the field of electronics. In this age of automation, the initiation of such an event would be highly beneficial for students and would encourage them to present their ideas, hone their skills and mature tremendously in the process.
Aayam would also initiate discussion amongst corporate leaders, scientists and students so as to facilitate flow of ideas, business ethics and technological enlightenment. It shall groom the techno-managers who would have an enormous impact in times to come. We, at Aayam strive to identify the prodigies in the techno-managerial arena, stimulate their nascent prowess and foster their talent to build leaders of tomorrow who would add value to India Inc.
2013 Google Online Marketing Challenge
2013 Google Online Marketing Challenge:
About the Challenge:The Google Online Marketing Challenge offers students worldwide the wonderful chance to experience and create online marketing campaigns using Google AdWords and Google+.
Google provides the teams a budged of 250 USD, using which they have to develop and run an online advertising campaign for a business or non-profit organization over a period of three weeks.
Prizes:
The teams, that develop and communicate the most successful campaigns, will receive a seven-night trip to San Francisco, including one day at the Google Headquarters in Mountain View, California to meet with Googlers from the AdWords, University Programs and Marketing teams.
Each member of the top three teams will also win computing devices as well as other prizes.
Winning teams will also receive donations of up to 15,000 USD for their non-profit partner.
Registration Guidelines:
The Challenge is open to student teams of three to six members, regardless of their majors.
All students must register under a verified professor/instructor at a higher education institution.
Student registration is open from February 12, 2013 to May 10, 2013 on the official page of the Challenge.
